Nowy projekt eTwinning w naszej szkole

W październiku 2017 powstał w naszej szkole nowy projekt eTwinning zatytułowany 'Adventures in castles, fortresses, churches and places of worship'.

Trzymamy kciuki!

O projekcie

Partner schools present buildings which are cultural heritage in their countries and cities. They tell stories which reflect European historical and cultural diversity. Students get to know the European culture and use elements of stories to create a unique work of cooperation. The project will be applied to the European Competition 2018.

CELE

The aim is to get to know country's history and to learn a story from the European history. The story is connected to cultural heritage of the countries involved in the project. Students can compare the motifs, discuss cultural similarities and differences between countries. They retell a story and create a new one using ICT. Members of the project will improve their ICT skills, reading, reading comprehension as well as presentation skills. Creativity is also needed, as well as doing research about historical and cultural facts about their homeplace, country and people.

POSTĘP DZIAŁAŃ

The project starts with introduction of the students and countries. The main activitiy for each partner is telling a story (or stories) and presenting cultural heritage of their country. Cooperation will be done through creation of a new story. Certain aspects of the projects (story-telling, communicating in English, legends) are a part of the school curriculum. Students partly work on individual tasks and partly work in teams. Once a week we check progress and, timetable allowing it, we meet on videoconferences. Students will talk to their neighbours, other teachers and students, do research in libraries and visit museums in order to do the project activities. The due date for application to the European Competition is March 2018.

SPODZIEWANE REZULTATY

2018 is the Year od Cultural Heritage so the project is a good way of dealing with the topic. There will be a project presentation in schools. The diary of our work will be on TwinSpace. The final outcome - our story - will be presented on TwinSpace, on school website, on community festival but, most importantly, we apply it to European Competition.
